A heavy solid silver belt featuring two thickly plaited silver rope chains joined by spacers, anda traditional screw clasp, embellished with 24 solid silver Mogul coins. The back of the belt features two heavy open loops for easy attachment, but is also a means of extending the belt with extra chain length or embellishment to create a very wearable piece of history. High grade silver. Early 20th century or earlier. Maharashtra, India.
