At Kashgar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal and affix it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a notification once our team has processed your refund.
